Privacy Policy

Scroll Hadiths collects no personal data from you. There are no accounts, there is no sign-in, and there is no server of ours for the app to connect to. Turkish, English and the Arabic original of the hadiths ship inside the app; the other six translations are downloaded once from the App Store and stay on your device afterwards. That download happens between you and Apple, and we see no part of it: we do not know who downloaded which language.
What stays on your device
Your likes, your saves, your collections, your notes, your reading history and the preference weights that shape the feed are held only in a database file on your phone. None of it is sent anywhere, none of it is visible to us, and all of it is removed from the device when you delete the app.
Notifications
The daily hadith reminder is entirely local. No push notifications are used, no device is registered, and no notification token is ever created. iOS shows the reminder on your phone by itself.
Purchases
Premium purchases are processed through RevenueCat on top of Apple's App Store infrastructure. Your card details and your identity never reach us. The app starts RevenueCat without supplying a user id of its own; the id that gets created is anonymous and belongs to the installation rather than to you.

What we do not collect
No contact information, location, contacts, health data, financial information, user content, browsing history, search history, identifiers, usage data or diagnostics are collected. There is no advertising in the app, there is no analytics SDK, and App Tracking Transparency permission is never requested. What you type into the app's search box does not leave your phone.
Children
Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. If a change ever required us to begin collecting data, it would also be announced inside the app.
